Mission Statement:
“To provide a safe and loving community devoted to help women rebuild their lives and to empower them to fulfill their God given purpose.”
The Hoving Home is a nonprofit, residential discipleship program serving women ages 18 and over who have been involved in drug addiction, alcoholism, sex trafficking, crime and other life-controlling problems. The twelve-month program is geared to rebuilding broken lives in an atmosphere of warmth, trust, support and love. The purpose of our program is to help women become free from addictions and other life-controlling problems. Our Home offers a faith-based discipleship program as an alternative to traditional rehabilitation programs. During the course of the program, a student has the opportunity to grow spiritually, develop emotional balance, and become physically healthy and socially active in all aspects of society. The educational foundation and renewal available through the Benton Academy, along with working in a communal living setting and assuming increased responsibilities and privileges, prepares each woman for successful reintegration into society. After completion from the required 12-level study program, women can elect to continue to live at the Home for six months to a year while working or attending college.
